Managing and Financial Director
Has established, developed, and managed, with responsibility for finance, accounting and other administrative matters, several companies trading energy products, such as oil, coal and electricity. Has performed several feasibility studies, and business plans for early-stage developments. Responsible for business development and financial management.
Christian Gennaoui
Marketing & Trading Manager
Nine years experience for an international shipping group controlling dry and tanker vessels, of which eight years in operations and one year in chartering. Subsequent experience as bunker trader for a bunker trading company. Christian’s long experience acting both as a bunker end-user and bunker seller, and his understanding of both parties’ requirements and perspectives, is extremely valuable to RUDDER. Responsible for business development and for managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
Dario Cacace
Trading & Operations Manager
Long and broad experience in the Italian integrated oil group ERG, where he acquired skills in domestic downstream marketing, logistics, procurement of crude and fuel oil, tanker chartering, and sale of refined oil product cargoes. Following his experience at ERG, was responsible for marketing fuel oil, and steam coal to, and developing industrial projects for, electric utilities. Responsible for business development, for managing relationships with suppliers, and for cargo market trading.
Rachel Lachat
Senior Bunker Trader
Since 2012, Rachel's communication skills and ability to adapt have allowed her to shift her career path to the bunker industry.
Acting as a Bunker Buyer for numerous fleets and simultaneously as a Bunker Trader for important 3rd party clients, she has acquired the knowledge of the industry's operations in detail.
Rachel's aptitude allows her to cover both supply and customer sides of the business; and on a daily basis handles the bunker requests, worldwide, at any given time.
Simone Marino
Senior Bunker Trader
Ten years experience in the shipping industry covering responsibilities through ship operations, sales & purchases, freight derivative brokerage.
After a decade of experience with Ship Owners and Trading Commodity Houses, Simone has joined Rudder since 2015 and follows the worldwide bunker trading.
Risa Fukushima
Senior Bunker Trader
Risa started her shipping career in Singapore and has a long experience in the industry. She started her career in ship broking followed by operations which then led her to join the bunker industry in 2011.
Focusing on sales and marketing, she has established building an international portfolio and currently following worldwide bunker trading and operations.
Enrico Molisani
Group Credit Risk and Legal Manager
Shipping professional with more than 20 years experience in legal, litigation, consultancy, risk analysis, marine and credit insurance.
Enrico’s attitude is to work on team advising and supporting colleagues and clients in any of the legal, claims or credit risk issues. Problem prevention and solving is the main focus.
Enrico is responsible for credit risk analysis, insurance and legal issues.
Agnieszka Tison
Accounts & Internal Audit
Fifteen year experience as an auditor where she was been a senior member of the auditors at KPMG in Monaco. Since November 2015 as part of our team Agnieszka has been a strong asset and she follows all auditing, compliance and statistics requirements. Agnieszka speaks fluently five languages.
Ineke Langeveld
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Ineke has cumulated her experience in secretarial and administration works. She is in charge of the back office controlling the supplier's invoices and preparing the invoices to customers.
Ylenia Altomare
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Ylenia studied accounting and graduated in law. She has cumulated her experience as an assistant lawyer, and assistant accountant in several companies in Italy.

Timothy Wong
Marketing & Operations
Timothy is engaged primarily in bunker operations and trading for Rudder. Tim has worked during three years with an international Palm Oil trading company that operates their own fleet of vessels. He was responsible for bunker purchasing and operations.
